1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Lingaso Writing Analyser ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are operated by My Lengua Education, a sole proprietorship owned by Chirag Malik. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Lingaso provides AI-powered writing analysis for language learners, including:

• IB Spanish B and Ab Initio writing assessments
• Criterion-based scoring (A, B, C)
• Grammar corrections and vocabulary suggestions
• Examiner-style feedback

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Credits System:

• Free tier: 3 lifetime analyses
• Paid credits: Never expire
• One credit = one writing analysis
• Premium model (Claude Sonnet) costs more credits

Refunds: Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility and processing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for cheating or academic dishonesty
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Share your account with others
• Submit content that violates others' rights

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, interface, and content, is owned by Lingaso and protected by copyright laws. You retain ownership of your written submissions but grant us a license to process them for analysis.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• Analysis scores will match official IB grades
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI feedback will be 100% accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINGASO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
